This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #9239: High Memory Usage on macOS 15.7 (Apple M4, 16GB, arm64) - Similar memory consumption issue across different platforms
  • #9743: [Bug] Memory Leak: OpenCode Process Killed by OOM Killer During Extended Runtime - Reports excessive memory usage leading to system issues
  • #9699: Memory usage grows very quickly when running commands with large output - Identifies memory management issues with string concatenation in command output handling
  • #5700: Too high memory usage - General memory usage complaints
  • #8887: [BUG] Snapshot module ignores 'watcher.ignore' config, causing excessive disk usage and performance degradation - Related to disk I/O issues, may contribute to the reported excessive disk usage on Windows 11

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
