Describe the enhancement you want to request

Since OpenCode updates frequently, it is difficult to keep track of new features and fixes. Having a quick, accessible way to see "what's new" directly from the TUI would improve the developer experience significantly.
It would be very helpful if clicking the version number in the OpenCode terminal opened the Changelog (or release notes).
