Question

Description

I am trying to configure a Custom Provider by following the instructions in the documentation:
https://opencode.ai/docs/providers/#custom-provider

However, the steps described in the guide do not work as expected. Even if I follow the instructions exactly, I cannot successfully add a Custom Provider.

It seems the documentation is either outdated or missing some necessary information. Please review the section and update it to reflect the correct procedure.
