Feature Request

Summary

Request for a mobile-friendly version of OpenCode that can be used on Android, iOS, or via a Web UI.

Motivation

OpenCode is currently a terminal-based coding agent. Having a mobile version would allow developers to:

  • Access AI coding assistance on the go
  • Review and interact with code from mobile devices
  • Use OpenCode without needing a full desktop/terminal setup

Proposed Solutions

  1. Android/iOS App - Native mobile application for OpenCode
  2. Web UI - Browser-based interface accessible from any device
  3. Progressive Web App (PWA) - Installable web app with offline capabilities

Use Cases

  • Quick code reviews while away from desk
  • Getting coding assistance during commutes or travel
  • Lightweight code exploration and Q&A on mobile devices
  • Remote pair programming assistance

Additional Context

This would expand OpenCode's accessibility and allow developers to leverage the open source coding agent from anywhere.

+1 for PWA as a lightweight first step.

Home server or laptop + OpenCode web w/ PWA as a systemd service = on-the-go success.

I am currently running OpenCode Web and then reverse proxying it to a VPS for use on mobile devices such as phones. PWA functionality is very much needed.
