This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #8799: [BUG] Leaving mouse stationary underneath autocomplete items selects them on every keystroke
  • #8614: opencode mcp add then move my mouse, the input mixed
  • #6912: Ctrl+C does not disable mouse tracking, causing raw escape sequences to flood terminal (Windows)
  • #7316: Mouse wheel stops working after some usage on Windows Terminal
  • #8908: In version 1.1.23, the issue of the mouse wheel triggering abnormal ASCII codes after exiting reappeared

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
