Describe the enhancement you want to request

Please add Atlassian Rovo Dev as a provider. Rovo Dev now offers a CLI with generous token limits (up to 20 million/day for paid Jira users), supports multiple models including Claude Sonnet 4, and is a practical way to access advanced LLMs.

Note: This was already raised in issue #345, but since reopening is not allowed, I'm resubmitting with a new request.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
