Describe the enhancement you want to request

I would like to have the same feature in Claude Code, where it changes the directory where it writes PLAN.md when in plan mode. I would like to have the same feature in opencode, to make it easier to work with other LLMs, where one makes the plan, another iterates on the plan, and another executes it.
