  • #8422: opencode upgrade reports success every time (upgrade command always reports success but doesn't actually upgrade)
  • #4448: brew upgrade not working (same symptoms - upgrade shows success but version doesn't change)
  • #5375: opencode upgrade doesn't move to newest version (similar upgrade behavior issue)
  • #10441: opencode upgrade doesn't update plugin dependencies (related upgrade issues with brew)
