Question

Hello Opencode Team,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for the great work on Opencode — I’ve been enjoying using it so far.

I’d like to report a display issue I’ve encountered in the terminal. When I use the /model command, the list of available models appears, but it overlaps or blocks the text that follows in the terminal. In addition, I’ve noticed that other pop-up windows behave in a similar way and also cover subsequent output or input.

Because of this, it can be difficult to clearly see the prompt or continue typing commands.

Could you please let me know if this is a known issue, or if there are any recommended terminal settings or configurations to prevent this behavior?

Thank you very much for your time and support. I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Best regards,

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #11109: TUI rendering glitches: overlapping panels, misaligned content, and corrupted layout
  • #10080: "Type your own answer" renders over the question
  • #8159: Ctrl+C causes terminal UI rendering overlap on Windows Terminal

These issues all describe similar UI overlapping and display problems in the terminal. Feel free to ignore if your specific case with /model command is distinctly different.
