Describe the enhancement you want to request

Integrate GitHub Copilot’s agentic memory feature (public preview) into OpenCode.ai to enable persistent, repository-scoped learning. This allows Copilot agents (coding agent, code review, CLI) to build and retain “memories” about codebases—deduced from user-initiated activity—reducing repetitive prompting and custom instruction maintenance.
Key Benefits for OpenCode Users:
• Copilot learns repo-specific patterns over time.
• Memories validate against current code before use, auto-expire after 28 days to avoid staleness.
• Cross-agent sharing: Coding agent memories inform code review, and vice versa.
