Description

Kimi K2 edits files in plan mode without explicit permission. Even when plan mode is enabled, the tool proceeds to edit files when it shouldn't.

Expected Behavior
Plan mode should prevent automatic file edits until user approval.

Actual Behavior
Files are edited automatically despite plan mode being active.
