Question

Hello!

I know it is generally a good idea to indicate which model was used with one of these git trailers:

  • Assisted-by: (seems to be used by OpenCode as per #9473)
  • Co-Authored-By:
  • Author:

However I have not seen one for which agent was in use at the time. Here are some ideas:

  • Agent:
  • AI-agent:
  • LLM-agent:

Any other thoughts?

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #10418: Directly addresses git trailer/annotation support for AI attribution with the Git AI spec for tracking agent usage in commits
  • #6309: Discusses linking sessions and interactions with commits to identify what was written by tools vs. humans

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
