Description

I encountered a UI issue where the Chat Panel allows for horizontal scrolling to the left, which should not happen. The panel should be fixed horizontally. I have attached a video demonstrating this behavior.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open OpenCode.
  2. Open or navigate to the Chat Panel.
  3. Attempt to scroll horizontally to the left (e.g., using a trackpad gesture or Shift + Scroll).
  4. Observe that the chat panel content shifts or scrolls horizontally to the left instead of remaining fixed.
