Description

I think it's mainly been GPT-5.2 Codex sessions all via OpenCode Zen. It'll stall out, and start retrying. I have seen the retry counter go into the hundreds.

Interrupting it, and simply typing "continue" immediately kicks it into working again. This has happened more than once, across different versions - so it feels like the retry logic simply doesn't work correctly.

No idea, have a long running GPT-5.2 codex session and wait for it to stall out. Perhaps a trigger would be a flaky internet connection?

Once again, esc esc to interrupt, typing continue, hitting enter, and it happily keeps going.
