~ Preparing apply_patch...
Error: apply_patch verification failed: Failed to read file to update: C:\Users\nirum\USERNAME\wash\app\C

Description:

When executing any code changes, the CLI terminal will constantly and randomly throw the following error:
'~ Preparing apply_patch...
Error: apply_patch verification failed: Failed to read file to update: C:\Users\USERNAME\continued path'

This started more recently happening with the 1.1.48 update

Steps to reproduce

  1. In plan mode, plan a feature
  2. Switch to agent mode and run prompt to execute
  3. Error happens
