Describe the enhancement you want to request

Currently, review panel in desktop only displays diffs since last commit.

Per-assistant turn diffs are displayed under the assistant message.

This ux/ui feels redundant & confusing at times, where diffs differ between these two section.

Proposal:

  1. Remove the "files changed" section displayed under the assistant response on turn finish.
  2. Introduce a toggle somewhere in the review panel UI to allow "since last commit" (as it is right now) or "per-assistant-turn".

i'm so after this capability right now too. i run a manual version of this, via my ide, but it'd be great to have this level of diff scoping to be the default in the desktop app.
