Feature hasn't been suggested before.

  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Would be super cool if the desktop app could switch between multiple open code servers without fully reloading the UI to make development on remote machines really convenient. Currently this causes a full reload of the UI

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #11063: Opencode Desktop doesn't retain server settings when connecting to remote server
  • #8948: [FEATURE]: Server Registry & Auto-Discovery for Persistent Sessions
  • #7629: [Enhancement] Desktop app and terminal should connect to existing server instead of starting a new one when port is already in use
  • #11997: feat(desktop): Auto-start web server mirror for remote access

Feel free to ignore if none of these address your specific case.
