tui: improve responsive layout by hiding header/footer when sidebar is visible

Sounds great, right? However, this does not appear to be what actually happened. I suspect that @thdxr's finger may have slipped, and the footer was instead removed at all times, rather than only when the sidebar is visible.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch the OpenCode TUI application.
  2. Observe that the footer we all used to enjoy is never displayed.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
