Steps to reproduce

  1. Start CLI opencode
  2. Open command pallette, "Toggle console"
  3. Open command pallete again
  4. See console rotating
  5. Press Ctrl+P again
  6. See console rotating and command palette scrolling
  7. Now navigate with arrow keys
  8. See console and pallette scrolling at the same time
