Question Tool should use spacebar for selecting multiple choice items #8607

Toggleable entries in the command and MCP dialogs are toggled by pressing spacebar.

In the browser, checkboxes are also toggled by pressing spacebar.

But the multiple-choice type questions in the question tool toggle by pressing enter.

Instead, they should be toggled with Spacebar, and Enter should bring you to the next tab/question like it is the case for all other question types.
