os: macos 15.5 (24F74)
macfuse: 4.8.1
opencode: 0.3.55

Issue

I use VFS in my company to access files. And basically any editing through agent is not available since it crashes operating system. In main FS it works fine. Also using agent through cursor works fine, so I guess it's opencode issue.
And the history of session ends with:

**Assistant** (*2025-07-22 18:53:12*)


I'll fix the undefined variables by adding the missing imports. Here's the edit:

Whole operating system. I get flash of empty blue screen and system reboots automatically suggesting to send report to Apple.

Tested again with 0.4.2 and it seems that issue no longer appears. It check more thoroughly next week and if I'll catch anything – I'll reopen issue.
