Description

Using opencode 1.1.52 and Opencode Zen billing, GPT-5.2 Codex models (and other GPT models it seems) are currently experiencing an OpenAI insufficient_quota error

{"type":"error","sequence_number":2,"error":{"type":"insufficient_quota","code":"insufficient_quota","message":"You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.","param":null}}

My Opencode Zen balance is non-zero (and has auto-refill enabled), so I am suspecting this may be a billing issue in Opencode Zen
