In Settings -> Keyboard shortcuts, the user can define tens of keyboard shortcuts for changing languages. This seems unnecessary, clutters the shortcuts, and no other IDE implements this feature.

Except in translation tools, the language is a "set it and forget it" type of setting.

If however it may be useful to switch among two language, that could be one shortcut, "Toggle last language".

If I'm missing a use case for keyboard shortcuts to switch to arbitrary languages, please let me know.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
