This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues related to localization and internationalization. Please check:

  • #7170: [FEATURE]:i18n support - Tracks overall i18n support feature request
  • #10840: desktop: hardcoded English strings in system dialogs - Related issue about hardcoded English strings in desktop app

These issues cover broader internationalization concerns that may include command menu localization.
