Description

I'm on beta install, and suddenly in my session I got this issue (see screenshot below), after it popped up, I'm unable to start opencode, the command just hangs.

None

OpenCode version

0.0.0-beta-202602081914

Steps to reproduce

Was using codex-5.3 on high. Nothing special, I think this happened after sending 2nd prompt, I got question back on how to proceed, after answering it showed the error.
I can supply any additional information.
