Description

When using a light theme, selecting regular text in the TUI makes it completely unreadable. The selected text appears as a solid black block. Both the background and foreground seem to use the same (or very similar) dark color, so there's no contrast between the text and the selection highlight.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set the TUI theme to any light variant
  2. Select any regular text in the chat/output area
  3. The selected text becomes a black rectangle with no visible characters
