Description

After upgrading OpenCode to version 1.1.56, I can no longer open the conversations in my ongoing projects, and the oh-my-opencode plugin has also gone missing.

Steps to reproduce

on windows11 system, open opencode desktop, shows "加载会话失败"， on ubuntu24.04， run opencode in cmd window, shows error, and cant't get in opencode
