docs(ko): improve natural Korean phrasing in intro, cli, and commands docs
Body
Description
Some Korean docs currently read too literally from English, which makes parts of the text awkward and harder to follow.
Scope
This issue tracks wording-quality improvements for:

  • packages/web/src/content/docs/ko/index.mdx
  • packages/web/src/content/docs/ko/cli.mdx
  • packages/web/src/content/docs/ko/commands.mdx
    Expected outcome
  • Keep original technical meaning and structure
  • Improve readability with natural Korean phrasing
  • Preserve commands, flags, links, headings, and code blocks
    I plan to start with a small PR for these 3 pages first.

If this direction is acceptable, I can continue with follow-up PRs for more Korean docs pages.
