Description

I haven't been able to use OpenCode for two days because of this bug. Regardless of the message I send, whether short or long, the same error occurs. The error is shown in the image below with a simple "Hello".

You have all those "instructions" fields which are loading info into the system prompt, if your prompt is that large there really isn't anything to do on our end, that instructions is telling our program load all of these into the system prompt.

So this is expected and I'd recommend removing some of these

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
