This issue doesn't fully meet our contributing guidelines.

What needs to be fixed:

  • The Steps to reproduce field is empty (showing "No response"). For bug reports, this is required. Please provide clear steps on how to reproduce the animation issue (e.g., what actions trigger it, is it on every startup, specific to certain macOS versions, etc.).

Please edit this issue to address the above within 2 hours, or it will be automatically closed.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #11957: On macOS Tahoe 26.2, opencode always launches into a black screen (no UI rendered) — also a macOS Tahoe rendering issue on startup

If you believe this was flagged incorrectly, please let a maintainer know.

I had this too when updating to 1.1.57. For me it didn't come back to standard size, I had to resize it myself.

Now when I clicked Restart after it installed the update, it didn't focus on the Desktop again when it opened up.
