Describe the enhancement you want to request

Hello,

I wold like to suggest to also include links to the PRs from the changelog summary, not just from the contributors.

I understand it's redundant, but the summarizes are really good and then trying to find a matching PR from the contributors feels like a chore, when the links could be up there too.
