Question

One of the changelog entry for v1.1.59 is like:

I don't have access to git commands. Could you provide the full commit message or the PR description for https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/pull/13166 so I can create an appropriate changelog entry?

I am not certain whether this is expected behavior, but I wanted to bring it to your attention for review.
