CONTEXT
DeepWiki is very useful. I use OpenCode's all the time at: https://deepwiki.com/anomalyco/opencode

PROBLEM
Currently, it is only re-indexing from github with 5-day lag.

SOLUTION
Add badge to repo readme so they will index more frequently (for free): https://deepwiki.com/badge-maker?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdeepwiki.com%2Fanomalyco%2Fopencode
