Describe the enhancement you want to request

We can fork only from our own messages. Why? Is there any particular reason for that?
Most of the time, I want to branch out with whatever the current state of the conversation is, not my own message, which might be 200 messages up...

Workaround: Abort streaming, send a dummy message, fork from that, continue

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
