There was an API call that was missing its message. After that, Claude forgot everything we were in the middle of working on.

I've been auto-updating every session (uninstalled the brew one and installed from curl instead so auto update actually works). I don't recall seeing this happen recently, will post if I see it come up again.

Haven't seen it in a while, although my usage has been lower the past two weeks since I've been sick. I think it's fine to close. I'll flag it if it happens again.
