The base image usually lags behind the actual rust release by a few
days. Ensure that the docker image installs whatever version is set
inside of rust-toolchain.
Also now pin the sha :)
## Problem
The `build-docker` workflow has been failing on main since #3813 landed:
```
error: failed to load source for dependency `axoasset`
Caused by:
failed to read `/app/vendor/axoasset/Cargo.toml`
Caused by:
No such file or directory (os error 2)
thread 'main' panicked at .../cargo-chef-0.1.77/src/recipe.rs:224:27
```
#3813 added `[patch.crates-io] axoasset = { path = "vendor/axoasset" }`.
cargo-chef's recipe skeletons workspace members and their path
dependencies, but not crates pulled in via a `[patch]` path — so the
`cargo chef cook` step in the builder stage tries to read the real
`vendor/axoasset/Cargo.toml`, which was never copied into that layer.
## Fix
Copy `vendor/` into the builder stage before `cargo chef cook`. Vendor
changes are rare, so this barely affects layer caching.
## Verification
Reproduced and verified outside docker with the exact toolchain from the
image (rust 1.97.0, cargo-chef 0.1.77): `cargo chef prepare` + `cook
--release` in a bare directory fails with the identical panic; with
`vendor/` copied alongside the recipe, cook completes cleanly (451
crates, exit 0).

Hi there! Just a small thing I noticed; I self-host an Atuin server via
Docker and have started bumping my compose dependencies with Renovate.
They have a feature that pulls the changelog and displays it in-line in
the PR, which is handy when it works! - but currently this doesn't work
for Atuin. According to [their
documentation](https://docs.renovatebot.com/modules/datasource/docker/#description),
the `org.opencontainers.image.source` label needs to point to the
repository for them to grab release notes. Renovate cites their
Dockerfile as an example, so I took a look at [the actual
Dockerfile](https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/blob/main/tools/docker/Dockerfile)
to see if they had any other labels, and figured I'd pop those in as
well.
No particularly strong feelings on the labeling itself, styling, etc; so
free free to make any changes deemed necessary :)

A combined binary was an early dev decision, when I thought most users
would be self hosting. It is now clear that in actual fact, most users
do not self host. So let's avoid forcing every user to have a copy of
the server literally linked in, and let's stop building server deps over
and over.
The deployment for this shouldn't change. `dist` will build a binary for
this automatically, and will also add it to the installer. The latter is
perhaps something we should explore changing too!
