* docs: fix two broken relative links

- .vscode/README.md pointed at docs/debugging.md; the file is
  docs/debugging.qmd.
- the llm_compressor README linked examples/... relative to
  src/axolotl/integrations/llm_compressor/; the example lives at the
  repo root.

* docs: use absolute GitHub URL for sparse-finetuning link and fix stale diffusion/nemo_gym example paths
