The top-level "overrides" field is npm's; pnpm 9 only reads "pnpm.overrides", so both the existing graphql pin and the new prebuild-install 7.1.3 pin (added to fix installs on Node 22.12+) were silently ignored. The lockfile confirms it: it still resolved [email protected].0 and [email protected]. Moving them under "pnpm" makes the overrides take effect and dedupes graphql to 16.8.1 and prebuild-install to 7.1.3 in the lockfile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
