rsteube 06339e8ba4 Document GPG signing for fury.io package repositories ...

The fury.io apt and yum repositories are now GPG-signed, so the
trust-based install instructions need to reference the signing key
instead. Otherwise apt update warns about a missing public key and
can't verify the repository metadata.
