fix(config): name the MiniMax and Model Studio variant endpoints distinctly (CW-7408)

Two bundled descriptors were labelled "MiniMax" and four were labelled
"Alibaba Cloud Model Studio". So /v1/providers, and through it the
desktop's Default model, Add provider and key rows, showed identical names
that could only be told apart by raw ids. The variant rows now name what
their own descriptor fields distinguish (plan and wire), following
"DeepSeek (Anthropic API)" from 7904bd3d18:

- minimax-anthropic: "MiniMax (Anthropic API)"
- modelstudio-token-plan-anthropic:
  "Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Token Plan, Anthropic API)"
- modelstudio-coding-plan: "Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Coding Plan)"
- modelstudio-coding-plan-anthropic:
  "Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Coding Plan, Anthropic API)"

The selectable rows minimax and modelstudio-token-plan keep "MiniMax" and
"Alibaba Cloud Model Studio". modelstudio-token-plan is the vendor row: its
aliases cover the Coding Plan and Anthropic spellings, and mode and wire
pick the plan and dialect. The TUI picker shows only these selectable rows,
so it is unchanged. Each web.label is already set, so the web facts output
is unchanged. The providers-export golden carries the same four labels. The
Unreleased changelog has one entry, synced into crates/tui/CHANGELOG.md.

Verification on this tree (main 9e3bcb47aa plus this change):
- nextest, the whole codewhale-config and codewhale-localization packages
  under scripts/with-hermetic-test-home.sh and scripts/dev-cargo.sh: 863
  passed, 0 failed, 1 skipped. This run includes
  golden_providers_export_matches_registry and
  deepseek_is_present_but_not_first_in_display_order.
- nextest codewhale-tui --lib, filter settings | provider | deepseek |
  descriptor | config_view | schema | minimax | modelstudio: 1481 passed,
  0 failed. This run includes picker_lists_all_providers.
- npm test: 547 Node tests (540 passed, 7 skipped, 0 failed) and 772 Vitest
  passed. npm run check:web: exit 0. No web file changed.
- Headless probe: a debug codewhale built from this tree, run as
  app-server --http with CODEWHALE_RUNTIME_TOKEN, an isolated HOME and
  CODEWHALE_HOME and an empty environment. GET /v1/providers returned 51
  providers and no display_name repeated.
- scripts/sync-changelog.sh wrote crates/tui/CHANGELOG.md.
  scripts/release/check-versions.sh --require-dated-release: exit 0.
- Not run: the desktop menus against this Engine.
