cli: label the receipts-specific flags 'Receipt options' so --help no longer prints two Options blocks

Found in the real-terminal cli-loud journey. codewhale-cli nextest: 540 passed, 0 failed. The other journey item, 'Ctrl+S says Cleared instead of stashed', is not a defect: Ctrl+G had already stashed and emptied the draft, and Ctrl+S on an empty composer is a documented no-op that left the earlier clear receipt on screen.
