docs(release): record the post-candidate 0.10.2 fixes in the changelog

The release-preparation check failed on a855ab2d1f:
check-feature-release-notes.sh v0.10.1 found feature commit 9eff98f826
(CW-7430 G1) referencing #6978 with no changelog receipt, and
check-versions.sh --require-dated-release failed through it. The fixes
that landed on main after the 0.10.2 notes were written had no entries:
- /new keeps configured stdio MCP servers (9eff98f826), and the MCP panel
  follows a replacement engine (b5e270b690), CW-7430;
- the restored-queue warning and queue write logging (b6ce70b12e), #6978,
  crediting @SergiuSSoluS for the report;
- mobile approval cards retiring (b457a8affd), CW-6880;
- the settings copy and DeepSeek endpoint label (a855ab2d1f, 7904bd3d18),
  CW-7406 and CW-7408.

Each entry is one bullet in the 0.10.2 section, and crates/tui/CHANGELOG.md
is regenerated with scripts/sync-changelog.sh.

Verification on this tree:
- check-feature-release-notes.sh v0.10.1 HEAD: OK, 10 linked issue
  references checked.
- check-versions.sh --require-dated-release: exit 0 (workspace, npm,
  npm-binary 0.10.2; lockfile in sync).
- check-contributor-credit.py v0.10.1: exit 0, 11 contributors credited on
  all three surfaces.
- npm test: 547 Node tests (540 passed, 7 skipped, 0 failed) and 772
  Vitest passed. npm run check:web: exit 0.
