fix(release): refresh providers golden and trim three feature summaries

Two reds at ec45097d01, both release-blocking and both data drift rather
than code defects.

1. codewhale-config route::export::tests::golden_providers_export_matches_registry
   The committed providers-export golden was stale against the descriptor
   registry. 131b3fbf97 changed provider_descriptors.json (OrcaRouter default
   deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017) without regenerating
   crates/config/src/route/providers-export.golden.json, and the google/openai
   model rosters had drifted since the last golden write (a339ccb6e7).
   Regenerated through the sanctioned writer, not by hand. The +125-line diff
   is exactly: google/gemini rosters, openai gpt-6-astra / gpt-6-luna / gpt-6-sol
   / gpt-6.1-sol, and the OrcaRouter roster with deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017
   marked default.

   WRITE_GOLDEN=1 ... test -p codewhale-config --lib -- --ignored write_golden_providers_export_when_requested
     -> 1 passed
   test -p codewhale-config --lib -- route::export::tests
     -> 5 passed, 1 ignored, 0 failed
        (golden_providers_export_matches_registry, golden_route_ids_are_stable,
         export_covers_every_registry_route_exactly_once,
         export_has_no_artificial_analysis_fields all ok)

2. codewhale-tui feature_registry_matches_code
   docs/features.toml has drifted from the code (3 problem(s)). Summaries must
   be one line of 1-120 characters; three had grown past it:
     computer-use 153 -> 104
     runtime-api 136 -> 120
     runtime-provider-keys 142 -> 116
   Meaning preserved; no rows added or removed. docs/features.toml is also in
   the App-takeover writer's reserved set, so the exact replacement line and the
   stale hunk to drop are recorded in
   CW/artifacts/codex-app-takeover-20261023/ENGINE-COORDINATION.md.

   test -p codewhale-tui --test feature_registry (13m21s build)
     -> 2 passed, 0 failed
        (feature_registry_matches_code, feature_registry_checks_catch_drift)

Not run here: the full ubuntu/windows Test suites and Parity. Those are the
invocations that were red, and the final release validation runs them once at
this commit. No test or comment was added.
