docs: qualify pet view chords and Terminal.app tab switching

Document Ctrl+] as the portable pet view chord, distinguish the kitty
keyboard-protocol Tab chords, and explain Terminal.app's tab switching.
The key reference now describes pet view cycling as well as the work dock.
Keep the reviewed cove fallback correction in both languages.

Checked against the current main view routing and capability fallback;
owned Markdown whitespace check passed. Documentation-only slice reuses
the unchanged-source npm gate (1312 passed; 0 failed; 7 skipped and
check:web exit 0); no new tests or comments.

Verification clarification for 25b7fccc01: check-versions.sh reports
version/release-note consistency; it does not include wrapper tests. The
workflow guard script separately passed 13 hermetic checks and 11 event
cases x 12 steps. with-hermetic-test-home.test.sh was then run separately
and produced the real line "test result: 10 passed; 0 failed". Logs are
retained with the continuation receipts. The previous commit's wording
that the version checker included that test was incorrect.
