docs(changelog): sync the packaged TUI slice with the ?locale= schema entry

5265a385dc added a root CHANGELOG [Unreleased] bullet without running
scripts/sync-changelog.sh, so CI's "Version drift" job (run 38981523305)
failed: "crates/tui/CHANGELOG.md is out of date with the root CHANGELOG.md
slice." This is the sync script's output and nothing else.

Evidence: ./scripts/sync-changelog.sh --check: up to date;
./scripts/release/check-versions.sh: exit 0.
