chore(web): regenerate changelog.generated.ts (Fixed item count 21 -> 22)

A second CHANGELOG entry landed without regenerating the derived file.
Ran web/scripts/derive-changelog.mjs; vitest lib/changelog.test.ts: 6 passed.
The root cause (committing a derived file that races between merges) is
being fixed separately.
