docs(changelog): note the shell card and work dock fixes

Refs CW-7087. Adds [Unreleased] lines for 1865cb2770 (raw detail for a
finished card in a running turn), c9072cb72c (killed or timed-out jobs no
longer marked done) and f5dba7d8b5 (Alt-V keybinding docs). The
background shell delivery change (8807152224) already has its entry.

Verified: sync-changelog --check up to date; web check-facts OK.
