CodeWhale Bot 1105bede05 refactor(deps): remove unused Rust dependency edges [skip ci]
Remove unused direct dependency declarations and their orphan lockfile edges while retaining the actual owners of the enabled features. No locked package versions are removed.

Verified: Mac development CLI build and isolated plugin/MCP fixture; separate locked Engine library check; locked offline metadata without dependencies; diff check. An earlier existing DSH test passed with identical dependency files but crossed other concurrent source changes. Test configurations and non-Mac targets remain unqualified.

# Patch unicode-width so that width() uses CJK tables when the cjk feature
# is enabled. Vanilla unicode-width 0.2.2 provides width_cjk() as a separate
# method but the original width() always uses non-CJK tables, so Ratatui

# (circled digits, enclosed alphanumerics) as 1 column. CJK terminals render
# them as 2 columns, causing cell-offset rendering glitches. (#4479)
