Provide explicit offline OpenCode V1/V2 and DSH conversion for selected Skills and static remote MCP declarations. Preserve source disablement, exact supported timeouts, environment header names and restricted skill invocation. Reject unsupported execution, OAuth/composition semantics and unsafe/ambiguous input. Use native installation and hash-bound trust without adding runtime authority. Add matching English/Chinese guides and a minimal native greeting Skill. Fix stale local-update and built-in Computer Use documentation. Responds to giancarlocp's discussion #5827 and SparkofSpike's documentation epic #5482. Validation: 30 converter tests passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped. Six real upstream fixture cases passed (three converted, three explicitly rejected). Four guide commands passed and 28 local links/anchors resolved. Existing native Rust binary: eight installs validated disabled/untrusted, six trust/lifecycle checks passed, one malformed manifest rejected without destination. Zero model/MCP execution requests. git diff --check passed. Native verification used a prebuilt 0.9.13 dev binary with recorded SHA256, unknown source SHA, isolated HOME and external-network denial; it is not final release artifact proof. No Rust changes or heavy linking. Core npm test and npm run check:web were attempted but unavailable (both missing scripts in root package.json), so no npm/hosted-CI/release gate is claimed.
