Keep required credential failures explicit before connection, propagate stored OAuth initialization failures, and keep transient desktop browser servers with their admitted workspace. Forward the shared runtime map to the existing Core and child adapters, schedule late registrations through the existing supervisor, and include them in the live manager snapshot. Preserve static precedence, private-network admission, redaction and credential authority. Avoid an unnecessary coordination transaction when a validated session owns no agent or worker records. Preserve owned/read-only/failed-admission fences. Supply the plugin reload workspace translation argument. Heap-pin eight existing interactive awaits: the real plugin confirmation overflowed the 32 MiB owner stack; measured heavy frames shrink by 7,339,536 bytes without changing the stack limit, confirmation or execution ownership. Prepare consistent 0.10.3 development metadata with the incumbent release preparer: 49 local lock records updated, all 698 external registry records and the latest-published-release fact unchanged. This does not publish a release or freeze a final candidate. Verification: ordinary production CLI build PASS (56.31s, 3025 frozen inputs); actual --version codewhale 0.10.3 (dev), binary e5fc64ca47e3. Nine scoped Engine/MCP observations PASS through seven retained and two fresh controls on the unchanged Engine cohort; all eight ordinary dependency fingerprints match this TUI-only rebuild. Native plugin journey PASS 46/46 plus 20 public renderer comparisons: exact two-step trust, literal argv, stale/prefix refusal, trust remains disabled, no plugin execution, exit 0, actual terminal EOF and owned cleanup. One owned catalog GET, zero inference POSTs. Earlier failed runs are preserved. Modified Rust formatting and JSON parsing pass. Receipts: CW/artifacts/engine-0103-execution-20261102/local-0103-rebuild/ LOCAL-QUALIFICATION-V5.json (4601029555d3) and the retained ordinary Native receipt (368289757940). Full fresh-session ACK, actual Child/RLM, paired Desktop, broader Ubuntu and native-platform/final release gates remain open.
